www.hunto.co.uk and Hunto is a site operated by Space Frog Media Limited ("We"). We are registered in England and have our principal office at Censeo House, 6 St Peter’s St, St Albans AL1 3LF. This is a locally based online service to enable professionals in the United Kingdom area to post information about themselves, and prospective customers to search the website in order to match their requirements against services offered.
Professionals Profile pages, once fully registered on the hunto website will be linked back to the website of the professionals, Hunto will attempt to match customers postcode with professionals that cover their area.
Professionals who register on the Hunto website will have the option of purchasing tokens. Tokens can be exchanged for potential customers details, which are ‘hunting’ for professional services in your area and line of trade. Professionals can choose which potential customer enquiries they would like to purchase the contact details of. These potential customers will be known as ‘hunters’.
This is aimed towards the users and professionals gaining wider access and exposure to potential relevant local contacts.
Professionals can also subscribe to the Premium and Premium Plus Token subscription service, where additional fees apply. Further details available on our website and within this document under the Fees and Tokens section.
Access to Hunto and the various pages of our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. Only upgraded members accounts can receive service enquiries from other members and outside visitors and outwardly send introductory messages to other members.
Non paying or free members can receive introductory messages from upgraded members and reply accordingly. All members can send contact requests and submit service enquiries to members and directly to us.
We reserve the right to remove profile pages and posts from members and refuse the application and creation of new ones.
You acknowledge that we charge for some of the services available on our site and to change our fees from time to time in our discretion. If we terminate your membership because you have breached any of the provisions of these terms of use or our Terms of Use, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of such fees.
All membership and advertisement fees are non-refundable. The agreements setup are for the duration shown either on the website or in the paper agreement and cannot be cancelled once ordered.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such sites, and such sites are in no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Inclusion of any linked website in Hunto does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by us. When you access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
Posts and pictures that members post do not belong or owned or necessarily endorsed by us in anyway. We are a user generated content portal and have no ownership or overview and take no responsibility of copyright or any infringement to any posts. Any reports that come to our attention we will review and look at removing.
We process information about you in accordance with our privacy terms. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
We are not responsible for any contracts for the supply of any goods or services formed via our site.

Hunto may terminate your registration as a Professional on the website with immediate effect if; a) we feel that you have received excessive complaints, b) you or your company is being investigated by a competent and regulatory authority, c) you fail to comply with the terms and conditions set out within this document and any other related document on our website, particularly in reference to the performance of your duties with contracted customers connected to you via our website, d) you fail to pay any sums owed to Hunto, e) in the event that Hunto believes that continued association with you as a professional could, or is potentially detrimental to the reputation of hunto and Space Frog Media Limited. f) The professional enters into administration, or arrangement with it’s creditors due to insolvency concerns.
The professional may have their listing on Hunto removed, along with any links back to their website, by notifying Hunto via email. In the event that notification has been received by Hunto to remove a professional listing, there will be no refund of Tokens
We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
